I am married, and I have three adult children as well as a young grandchild. I have been licensed in the state of Florida since 2001 and I have worked in a variety of settings, including the school system, private practice and mental health agencies. I use a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy as well as Person Centered Counseling. I enjoy working with adolescents, through the life span as well as doing couples therapy. I feel very confident in helping individuals that struggle with anxiety, depression, have a history of trauma, as well as addiction struggles. I am straight, but I am LGBT friendly.
