I am licensed in Missouri with 4 years of professional counseling experience, but I have worked in the mental health field since 2011. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, substance misuse, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, motivation, self-esteem, and self-confidence. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you already possess the abilities and the resources needed to overcome the obstacles you face.
