I have over 10 years of experience treating many different challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, marital conflict, and life challenges/adjustment disorders servicing an age range from 5 to 85. I am certified in various treatment modalities which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy(CPT), Gottman Method of Couples Therapy Level 1&2.
