I am a firm believer in "one shoe does not fit all" which is why I use an eclectic approach with my clients. There will be days where one therapeutic approach may benefit you more than another or sessions where multiple approaches will be used. Improving your quality of life is the priority and I feel the best way to reach that is by tailoring each session to meet your specific needs. In sessions, you can expect a collaborative approach including preference assessments to target presenting concerns. My schedule is very flexible so let's pick a day and time that works best for you!
