I am a licensed therapist in Marietta, Georgia. I have practiced mental health and substance abuse counseling for over 6 years. I am a wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I believe that our personalities and behaviors are shaped by our childhood experiences.

I am a compassionate therapist who is here to provide support in your wellness journey. My goals is to promote total wellness through nutrition education and mental health services.
