Hello. It is good to meet you. My name is Jacki Pudlowski and I have been helping people achieve their goals and live more fulfilling lives for over 20 years. I started my career as a LCSW providing counseling for a variety of populations before transitioning into the Healthcare setting. From there, my specialties of Mental Health, Holistic Healthcare, End of Life and Grief counseling evolved. Most people go through change or loss at some point in their lives. I believe how we process and cope can be a continuum of growth. Loss comes in many forms such as divorce, relationships, jobs, health or a death. There can be successful adjustments and strength gained through the pain, anxiety and depression that change can bring.
My treatment style is solution focused to gain the relief and sense of well being you are looking for. I am trained in many techniques to find your strengths and the right fit for you. I offer a genuine and judgement free environment to work through a life decision or adjustment. I am most rewarded when my clients and families have benefited from our professional relationship.
