I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) on a mission to empower, educate, and enrich the lives of all individuals and couples by providing quality, holistic behavioral health and wellness services from a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. More specifically, I assist individuals and couples in overcoming challenges in four domains of life, which include personal, interpersonal, professional, and academic. Accessing clinically-tested and evidenced-based interventions such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I have assisted over 550 individual, family, and group units in their achievement of treatment goals since my licensure and certification in October of 2012. I use a Strengths-Based, Person-Centered, Non-judgmental Approach in my counseling practice. I listen with intent, empathy and compassion to reflect meaning, direction, and insight housed within your own words. In a nutshell, I define myself as a holistic professional counselor striving to empower all who seek my services.
