I am a social worker licensed in Florida with 10 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, family conflict, trauma and abuse, and coping with life changes.

My counseling style is warm and caring without any desire or attempt to own, judge, or control you. I believe in treating you with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. The counseling methods I utilize and am highly experienced in is motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Your sessions and treatment plan will be tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.
