About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing in Texas for 25 years. My approach to counseling is an open and interactive therapeutic style which is solution focused, but also looks at the circumstances and sometimes choices that happened along the way that contributed to us arriving at a place of crisis. Counseling is an interactive communication built on trust and respect that can be both challenging and rewarding. It is often hard work to arrive at a place where you are feeling positive about life again. Clients' issues that I regularly see are anxiety, panic disorder, depression, social and generalized anxiety, PTSD, veteran issues, life changes, infidelity, marriage and family issues, and many more.

Covid has been extremely hard on all of us and there are numerous issues of isolation, fear, re-entering public arenas such as work and play, and just simply trying to make sense of a year and a half of a pandemic none of us expected.
