I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 25 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including life management issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, anger, compassion fatigue, family/relationship, or personality problems. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My therapy style is solution focused. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and/or Mindfulness to examine the not so pleasant life issues and how to move forward toward a more productive and fulfilling experience. This will be done through viewing life through a different perspective. The goal may be to aid you in your journey of self-discovery and to find your inner strength to work through life struggles that may be causing either temporary issues or the need to learn to live life in a different way to meet different needs for this ever-changing world.
