With almost a decade of experience serving individuals experiencing personal struggles and over three years of clinical service, I have developed a toolbox of approaches that is eclectic and solutions focused. Incorporating cognitive, behavioral, neurobiology, and technology interventions to bring a whole person response to support individual development.
