Here you are! Taking the first steps to healing can be tough but I am here to empower, encourage, and support you through this journey. We often find ourselves questioning our own strengths and ability to function in the world. We are human and we have moments of self-criticism, doubt, and overall emotional suffering. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and I would be honored to walk alongside you in this healing process. As a therapist, I believe that emotional healing comes from working together to gain access to the root cause of your struggles.
