Hi, I’m Holly and I help people overcome uncertainty, anxiety, addiction, and negative thoughts. My goal is to help you feel more confident and in control. If you feel like you have lost your drive or sense of purpose, or are just having a hard time getting out of negativity, I can help. We will work together to identify areas for improvement, set some goals, and make a solid plan. My approach is friendly, authentic, and non-judgemental. Therapy sessions are goal oriented, but conversational and casual. I utilize a variety of techniques suited to your individual situation, and we will frequently evaluate progress together and modify as needed.
