Do you feel lost and alone? Do you feel you don't know which way to turn and ask for help? Look no further, because I am here to help you find yourself and your way. I work with individuals who are struggling with depression and anxiety, as well as mood disorders and substance abuse, who feel lost and alone, to find their way back to themselves. I assist people in identifying their goals and to reach those goals in a therapeutic, positive manner. I also assist individuals in recognizing any potential behaviors that may be holding them back from their goals, as well as learning more positive behaviors. I believe in helping individuals to feel comfortable by providing a welcoming atmosphere and assisting each individual in healing at their own pace. In our sessions together, I'll meet individuals with compassion and evidence-based techniques, such as CBT and DBT, so they can overcome the hangups and habits holding them back.
