I tend to mold my therapeutic approach based on each individual’s needs. My preferred methodologies are motivational interviewing, person-centered therapy and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I have a lot of experience in working with individuals with chronic pain and illness, individuals with anxiety and depression and those who just need some support to help ease the stresses of every day life.
