I am licensed in Texas with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience working with client who seek counseling for a variety of reasons. Examples include: Stress, anxiety, loss, relationship difficulties, and general support.

I think the most important aspect of therapy is the counseling relationship. I look forward to getting to know you and your goals and supporting you in this process. I believe that the client is the expert of their lives. No one knows you better than you! I work hard so my clients feel empowered in counseling and we will work as a team to meet your specific counseling goals.

I also respect that each client is different. What works for you may not be the best tool for another client. Also, I want my clients to therapy is a safe space to talk and be themselves, but also walk away with applicable tools they can try at home. For example, we will talk about your wellness plan and brainstorm ideas that you are excited about to support your mental health.
