Hello! My name is Etosha, but I also go by Tosha, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas. I have over 6 years of experience in the mental health field and I have worked with clients who have a wide range of concerns. However, I specialize in working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career issues, and problems adjusting to major life transitions.

My counseling style focuses on the importance of empowering individuals by providing knowledge of mental health conditions and coping skills, and assisting them with setting and reaching measurable and attainable goals. I believe in a holistic (whole person) and mindful approach, which means that I like to explore every aspect of an individual’s life both internally (physically, emotionally, mentally) and externally (relationships, career, society as a whole) in order to find possible explanations and solutions for current mental health struggles.

It is also very important to me that I create a safe space and be an ally towards all individuals regardless of their age, ability, body size, race, sexuality, gender, or religion. I welcome diversity and enjoy working in collaboration with my clients in order to find solutions that cater to each individual’s strengths and interests.
