With individuals, we develop tools to overcome unhealthy patterns, worry and anxiety associated with creating healthy and authentic lives.

My clients feel safe and supported whether your needs call for short-term problem solving or longer term assistance in finding resolution and reconciliation. My diverse use of empirically proven methods and techniques are well-suited to help clients to better understand and resolve life's challenges.
I also have a strong business background and have coached many individuals in need of Life and Business Coaching to develop and strengthen their focus, vision and create a clear path of success.
I have been counseling since 2013 and have provided both Individual and Couples Counseling as well as Life Coaching.
