I am a therapist based in Kansas City, MO. I have 10 years of experience working with adults and families in trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and loss. I grew up in Los Angeles, CA where I completed my graduate studies at the University of Southern California to obtain my LCSW, but also completed a dual-license as an LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor) in Denver, CO. I enjoy exploring family of origin issues using Attachment-based Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

I specialize in working with depression and loss, panic and anxiety, relational conflict, those who grew up in households with alcoholism and drug use, immigrant parents or domestic violence, those who suffered miscarriage or infertility, sexual abuse and exploitation including sex trafficking, spiritual abuse, issues with God and faith, and those seeking Christian-based counseling.
