I provide support to individuals who are seeking professional therapeutic services. My areas of expertise include grief and loss, anxiety disorders, and the complexities someone experiences when diagnosed with a chronic or terminal condition. I have close to a decades worth of experience providing direct services to individuals experiencing difficulty with one or all of these things. During our time working together, I will aide you in identifying and developing coping skills to help aide in living your new normal. I will implement a variety of techniques and approaches to aide you during your growth and healing journey. You can expect me to be an unbiased mental health professional, that will provide support to you during one of your most challenging chapters of life, I would be privileged to meet with you.
