I’m passionate to empower women! WOMEN’S ISSUES: Infertility, unplanned pregnancy, miscarriage, post-abortion, PCOS, depression, anxiety, and life stressors. I teach self-compassion & self-acceptance to increase SELF-ESTEEM. I inspire women to become their highest self via mindfulness & self-kindness. GRIEF & LOSS: loss of a loved one, a job, health, faith, or identify. MILITARY: Spouses, active duty, & deployment. We all need support.
