Hello!
My name is Glenda Jimenez and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am licensed in Missouri and have worked with a variety of clients for the past 3 years. I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of concerns including grief, trauma, and anxiety. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults throughout various needs.

My approach to counseling is Person-Centered. I believe that being heard, understood, and genuinely cared for are components of a healthy and effective therapeutic relationship. However, I do meet my clients where they are at and will tailor my approach according to their needs. I use a variety of techniques from various different approaches including but not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and Internal Family Systems therapy.

I am looking forward to getting to know you and giving space for your story to be heard. It takes a lot of courage to seek help and I can't wait to support you to the best of my abilities.
