Hello! My Name is Georgina, I am an LCSW practicing in Southern California. I am an expert in the areas of relationships, self-identity, and trauma, and I am committed to helping folks navigate the complexities of life. I take an inclusive, person-centered approach to explore how external and internal stimuli feed into depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. My goal is to help you find authentic confidence in the ways you engage in self-care, relationships, and the ongoing transitions in your life. The experiences we have had in our lives greatly impact the values and narratives on which we build our futures. If you feel as though your foundation for relationships (familial, platonic, or romantic) was not built on solid ground, I am here to help. Community is an essential part of our lives, and improving the way we seek connection is imperative. I value collaborative work that will lead you onto the path toward, safety, love, and respect. Similarly, the traumas we have suffered, whether a single incident or a vast history, affect the way we view the world and what we expect from it.
