I provide therapy for individual adults seeking to improve their overall levels of mental and emotional health and wellness. My areas of focus include: relationship problems/concerns, overcoming anxiety and low-moods, increasing motivation/agency and successful task follow through, improving self-care, and helping clients increase their inner-sense of meaning/purpose both personally as well as professionally. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and integrates concepts from a wide-variety of therapeutic frameworks across the mental health field.
