Therapy is a chance for you to gain insight into your personal journey through life. I am committed to creating a safe and accepting space during our sessions. I aim to help you accomplish your goals and face the challenges you share in therapy. Providing dignity and worth including evidence-based care remain at the center of my work.

I have expertise in anxiety, depression, conflict resolution, and trauma-related challenges. My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory (how we connect to others and ourselves) and mindfulness (awareness and acceptance). I use a variety of different therapeutic approaches based on the individual and their needs.
