Hi, I am Gili, I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience helping individuals reach their fullest potential. It takes courage to take the first step, and I applaud your decision to enter an exciting new chapter in your life, and would love working with you to get to achieve your goals and overcome any emotional obstacles that might prevent you from doing so.
I am certain that with my experience working with individuals experiencing wide range of issues and mental health diagnoses including depression, anxiety, hoarding, self-esteem concerns, life threatening illness, relationship issues (family, friendship, couples, etc.), stress, parenting concerns, life stages and transition, trauma and abuse, loss, and infertility and pregnancy, our work together will not only be meaningful and effective but also will bring the change you desire.
I have coached many people who are looking to create a better life for themselves and/or their families through their processes of individual growth.
My counseling style is kind, interactive, and down to earth. I have an open minded approach catered to your wants and needs taking from humanistic theories, system and strength based theories, as well as traditional talk therapy.
