My name is Gabriella. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia, working with clients regarding substance abuse, inpatient and intensive outpatient addiction treatment, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, military service issues, life change adjustment, divorce/separation, anger management, stress management, conflict and communication.

My approach to counseling is to develop a therapeutic relationship that is respectful, collaborative, compassionate and honest. My clinical orientation is integrative, which seeks to match therapeutic strategies with the skills, strengths and world perspective of the individual.
My role in our alliance is to guide, facilitate, encourage and support your process in accomplishing the goals you set. Those goals might include personal growth, skill and tool building, emotional release, problem solving or a combination of these to achieve another goal.
