While the work we do will be collaborative, you are the expert on your life. As you take the driver seat in your therapy, I will be there to support you and offer guidance. I have experience and am very comfortable working with individuals dealing with depression, addiction, anxiety and a variety of other life stressors. My aspirations for working with individuals in therapy is to assist in discovering and strengthening coping skills that work for them. In session I utilize person centered techniques inspired from reality and narrative therapy as well as mindfulness practices, just to name a few.
