Experience: Dr. Smith is a Clinical Psychologist that has practiced as a dual licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY & GA) prior to obtaining a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Dr. Smith has experience helping individuals dealing with substance abuse issues, behavior modification, trauma, military behavioral health, stress, anxiety, mood disorders, personality disorders, LGBTQIA+ related issues, gender identity, dual diagnoses, and autism. She also has experience with psychological and psychoeducational testing. Dr. Smith works with populations across the lifespan utilizing a variety theories and techniques including cognitive- behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy to help individuals to achieve their goals and reach their potential.
