Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor licensed in Texas with over 9 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I have worked all ages, children, teenagers, and adults.

My therapy style is relaxing and interactive, I like for the client to be empowered and guide the sessions. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in judgmental labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral therapy. I also use motivational interviewing techniques and solution-focused therapy. We can collaborate to create a treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
