I am a licensed professional counselor in Missouri with 17 years experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addictions, and difficult life adjustments. I have specialized experience in PTSD due to natural disasters, car accidents and job-related accidents. My available hours are Friday afternoons (12 PM - 5 PM, Central Standard Time).

My counseling style is conversational and interactive. You will be treated with great respect as a fellow human being on life's complicated and sometimes difficult journey. My approach combines existential (life meaning) and psychodynamic theories. I am a Christian therapist and will honor your faith tradition or spiritual worldview. We will develop your treatment plan and goals together.
