About

Hello! And thank you for your interest in my services!
I’ve been working in the field of behavioral psychology for over twenty years, and I have literally helped hundreds of people make lasting life changes.

I truly enjoy helping others. And nothing thrills me more than to see one of my clients experience more happiness or resolve some personal or family problem.
When you become a client of mine, you become a very important person. You have my commitment that I will do everything in my power to help you.

In fact, over the years, in an effort to find solutions for my clients, I have researched and learned a number of the most advanced psychotherapy techniques. I pride myself in staying on the cutting edge in my field.

In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I also offer a number of complementary therapies: Reiki , hypnotherapy, (EFT) Emotional Freedom Techniques, the Sedona Method, and Psych-k . With the integration of traditional psychotherapy and complementary therapy techniques, I am able to help my clients experience relief in a more effective and rapid manner.

For clients experiencing a lack of direction, purpose, or meaning in their life, I also offer psycho-spiritual counseling, utilizing the Akashic Records and Wisdom Teachings from the Bible and other spiritual tradition.

As a therapist, I am eclectic in nature, and I am very active in my sessions. What that means is that I ask a lot of questions and draw on a number of different approaches to help you. Sometimes I act as a psychotherapist; at other times I act as a coach or a teacher. It all depends upon what you need.

If you want a therapist who is very formal and seldom gives directions, you probably won’t feel comfortable working with me. I am warm, friendly, and down to earth.
