What should clients know about you? I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an Adjunct Professor of Counseling in a Graduate Program in New York City. I coauthored 5 books in the field of counseling. I provide Evidence-Based Therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and couples dealing with a variety of concerns. Covid has added to the challenges we all face.During this difficult time I have counseled many clients in a nonjudgmental, empowering manner to help them with the uncertainty they deal with daily. What is your approach to therapy? My approaches to providing Evidence-Based Therapy includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family and Systems Therapy, Couples Counseling, and Motivational Interviewing and is based on the needs of the client. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I feel honored and privileged to work with my clients and welcome the opportunity to help you work through the challenges you may face. My goal is to provide you with strategies/ resources/ techniques that will enable you to live a fulfilling and rewarding life.
