About
Hello my name is Felicia it is my hope to provide individuals and families with the counseling, guidance, services and information they need to strengthen themselves and their relationships. I am dedicated to preserving independence, promoting mental and physical well being, and protecting the rights and dignity of individuals and families within my community.
My treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With compassion and understanding, I help individuals find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues.
I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to her clients and to ensuring current and new mental health professionals are properly trained to do the same. I am well known for my training and workshops focused on parenting, life skills, financial responsibility and senior companion care resources. I previously worked with S.A.F.E House, a domestic violence shelter, to provide support and mental health counseling in the community to trauma survivors and their families. Additionally, to ensure low income individuals and families have access to counseling services she has established a non-profit organization, SOZO Family Services Inc., with a mission to provide everyone equal access to mental health and emotional wellness services, regardless of income, location or social status. I am committed to working tirelessly to improve my community through education and empowerment.
In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help them attain the personal growth they're striving for. Together with each client, I work to develop strengths and achieve life goals.
