Hi, my name is Liz! I've been a therapist since 2005 and actively practicing in Florida as an LMHC and in Georgia as an LPC. In addition to private practice, I've worked in mental health as a Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, Crisis Supervisor, and Intensive Case Consultant for the State of Oregon. I love working with teens, adults (including elders), and families. I counsel from a strength-based, empathic, non-blaming, educational, and empowerment perspective. None of us are immune from trauma or drama. When conflict arises a decision must be made to either accept the circumstance or adjust. Reframing thinking patterns that have contributed to a negative self-image, developing and/or improving communication skills, and helping people heal from the wounds of the world, is my passion.
