I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in the helping profession for over 10 years, in the past 5 years, I have been focusing on clinical work. I primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy and strengths-based practice when working with clients. I also use motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapies when relevant to the needs of the clients during the working process.
My counseling style is supportive, empathic and directive. I support and empower each individuals to find the strengths while facing difficulties or hoping to make changes in life. I look forward to working with you!
