About

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who graduated with a Master of Arts in Psychology in 2015. Over the course of the last 5 years I've had the privilege of working with individuals experiencing a variety of differing struggles to include depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, difficulty coping with stress, difficulty coping with trauma and family conflict. This work has shown me that there is hope even when the situation seems insurmountable.

I take a collaborative therapeutic approach in which I aim to work in partnership with my clients to examine cognitive processes, patterns and beliefs to gain further insight into the difficult experiences one might face. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy combined with a warm humanistic approach is often the bedrock on which this work is done. I believe that by pulling back the curtain of mystery that is therapy I can help people to find lasting relief, peace and clarity in their personal journey.
