I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I have worked with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, parenting problems and life transitions. I specialize in Maternal Health, which is specific to mothers and soon-to-be mothers dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting issues and work-life balance.

While life may be complicated, my safe space is not. I help my client's simplify their safe space through discussing and addressing the hard, unpleasant things and feelings we deal with that we often avoid. Struggling and difficult times may be a part of life we cannot bypass but we also do not have to stay stuck there. I've learned to help clients find joy in the little things, prioritize their mental/social/physical/spiritual needs and laugh even when they want to cry.
