I believe in the power of brevity in therapy and push my clients towards swift resolution. My practice is a place where no problem is too tough to tackle and where change happens together. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with children, adolescents, and adults since earning my MSW in 2014 and have a very straight forward demeanor. I try to humanize the therapist by showing myself, practicing transparency, and cutting through the bullsh*t. We collaboratively navigate through the hard stuff with goal-orientation and purpose. This approach proves highly effective for first responders and military veterans; I was raised by a first responder and am uniquely aware of the personality characteristics and self-sacrifice that is often under-recognized and longitudinally devastating. I have extensive experience working with military populations, conscious parenting, anger management and rage, mood disorders, life-transitions, and thwarted belongingness. Being a mother of three tiny people, I have a special passion for maternal mental health and demolishing the stigma that mothers should be martyrs to motherhood. I do my best to keep things real, to seek a deeper understanding of the unconscious and subconscious mind and helping you to regain your power.
