I pride myself on being a very compassionate and caring therapist! I have a lot of experience helping kids and teens identify and process/regulate emotions, and manage the symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma. I utilize play therapy, DBT, EMDR, and animal-assisted therapy predominantly to help kids/teens and their families achieve a more peaceful existence by overcoming their struggles! I've received unique/extensive training in attachment theory and family systems from the Yale Child Study Center in New Haven, CT. I take a multifaceted approach to treatment, and I am a firm believer that therapy is what your teen and family needs it to be! I am a strengths-based therapist and offer a fun and compassionate platform for growth!
