Hello. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in California with 15 years of experience. I treat a wide range of issues, focusing on anxiety, depression and couples counseling. I believe in starting where the client is and working interactively with you to come up with the best solution to your issue. My counseling style is relaxed but thorough to gather as much information as I can to best assist you.

My primary treatment modality is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as I find it the most effective for looking at ingrained patterns and beliefs in a person's life. I have worked extensively with anxiety and depressive disorders as well as crisis management. I find that treatment works best if the client and counselor are working together for the best solution.
