I am licensed mental health counselor and I have been working in the field of mental health and substance use for the past ten years. I have experience with mood disorders, bipolar, anxiety, psychotic disorders, substance use disorders and body image. My primary theoretical orientation is trauma therapy and I am certified in EMDR. Other primary theoretical orientations I often use is CBT, person centered, motivational interviewing and talk therapy.
