I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with over 3 years of experience working as a psychotherapist and substance abuse counselor. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, parenting problems, career challenges, and self-love. I also helped many people who have experienced relationship issues and emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and compassionate, as well as challenging and interactive. My client's receive sincerity and genuineness in my approach, which combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and rational-emotive counseling. Most importantly your needs and goals are tailored into the work that we will be completing.
