Hello, I'm Callena. Do you often feel burdened with life, struggling to find balance or was diagnosed with a disorder. My goal is to learn, teach, educate and guide you to becoming the authentic version of self. I've helped individuals, children, men and women from different nationalities and cultures. We all have different issues that result in similar symptoms. I learn you, your symptoms then tailor interventions that aligns with you as a person. My focus is trauma.
