Hi there! I'm so glad you're here! I want you to know that it's not always easy to reach out for help, especially when you might be feeling stressed and overwhelmed with life. The fact that you did says a lot about you and your readiness for change. You're on your way to taking the steps to move toward feeling better! First off, let me tell you a bit about me.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) practicing in Missouri and have a Masters degree in Community Counseling from Fort Hays State University in Kansas. I am certified through NBCC (National Board of Certified Counselors) as well. I have worked as a counselor for 17 years in nonprofit agencies, schools, state offices, and outpatient private practice settings.

I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, as well as life adjustments and transitions. I use several different approaches to counseling but sessions will always be centered on you. You are your own expert and together we will find ways to bring your strengths into clear view and develop new strategies and techniques that you can utilize in your everyday life.
