I am licensed in Texas with 8 years of professional work experience. I am a licensed therapist as well as a licensed chemical dependency counselor, working with individuals who struggle with substance use. I have worked with people online, in private practice, and in residential care. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions and substance use, anger management, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, life transitions, and more.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe therapy succeeds when a strong relationship is built between the therapist and the client. I know that each and every person can live a meaningful life, and I believe I can help you find your way. I tend to use dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solutions-focused therapy, and positive psychology, as well as pull from other theories at times based on each client's needs.
