Hello, my name is Emmanuel Varghese! I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with my Masters in Social Work after I worked in an inpatient psychiatric facility for 2.5 years. Currently, I work full-time at Anew Era TMS. I have worked with a wide variety of populations of adults ranging in age. I have provided individual and group therapy for clients in an inpatient and outpatient setting. My goal is for each one of my clients is to become the best version of themselves and to realize that they have that potential within them. I primarily practice cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I enjoy processing with music, as I have found it helps people to open up and talk about how they feel when words don’t feel adequate. I am experienced in helping people manage stress, grief, anxiety, depression, goal setting, and finding direction in life.
