I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas with four years of experience working with individuals both in clinical and in academic settings.

I am so very passionate about all aspects of counseling and I immensely enjoy working with clients in order to empower them to grow and flourish. I practice from a person-centered counseling framework, and I enjoy implementing cognitive behavior therapy, as well as solution-focused techniques in counseling sessions. I feel that I demonstrate the type of counseling skills that connect well with a variety of populations, and find joy in serving individuals, especially when it comes to supporting emotional health and intervening during times of crisis in order to overcome adversity.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating individuals with respect, empathy, and compassion. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, career challenges, relationship issues, and trauma related concerns.
