Finding a therapist who is right for you is important; A little bit about me...as a licensed clinician here in Georgia, I have been awarded the privilege of helping clients through a vast variety of difficulties including stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, trauma, life transitions, familial concerns, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I approach my clients with warmth and empathy, but on the flip side, I won't waste your time. I firmly believe a good therapist "pushes" us ever so slightly out of our comfort zones to foster that growth we're looking for.
