Counseling is both a relationship and process. It has its best achievement when there is honesty and trust within the relationship between you and your therapist. Within the process there can be the development of internal strength that helps you to cope with external stress. Knowledge and insight are two powerful forces that will help you reach your goals.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 14 years of clinical experience. I am credentialed as a National Certified Counselor, Certified Professional Counselor Supervision and Certified First Responder Counselor. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.

I believe our thoughts, feelings, and physical body are interconnected and therapy should focus on all three to work holistically. I am a Christian therapist and believe that if you bring your faith into counseling, change happens in extraordinary ways.
